Senior Product Designer🐾

Design products that help pets live longer.

Ā£80,000-Ā£110,000 + exceptional benefits | Central London | Hybrid

Most design jobs talk about impact. This one lets you see it. Every single day. Because the product you'll be shaping doesn't just help customers complete tasks, save time or spend money. It helps people care for the animals they love. Better nutrition. Better health. Better lives.

And that's a pretty good reason to get out of bed in the morning.

We're partnering with one of the UK's most successful direct-to-consumer brands. A genuine category leader. A business that's become the benchmark across Europe for customer experience, product innovation and growth.

They're scaling fast, investing heavily in Product and Design, and looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants more than another feature factory role.

You'll be solving meaningful customer problems, influencing strategy, shaping experiences used by thousands of customers and helping define what world-class looks like across web and mobile.

This is the kind of role where: āœ… Your ideas are listened to āœ… Research actually drives decisions āœ… Design has a seat at the table āœ… Product, Engineering and Data genuinely collaborate āœ… You'll see the commercial and customer impact of your work

If you're at your best when tackling messy problems, challenging assumptions and creating experiences people genuinely love using, keep reading.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
