Company Description

Arbites is a customer success intelligence platform that transforms client conversations across email, tickets, and support threads into real-time insights on account health. Instead of relying only on usage metrics or periodic surveys, Arbites provides an honest, live picture of how client relationships are evolving, often weeks before clients raise concerns. AI agents use this intelligence to handle routine tasks and draft responses, enabling teams to focus on complex, high-impact relationships that require human attention. The platform is designed for managed services organizations overseeing complex, high-value client portfolios. Arbites partners with companies such as Mercans, a global payroll and HR outsourcing provider operating in over 160 countries.

Role Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Arbites, you will design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for our customer success intelligence platform. In this full-time remote role, you will translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. You will conduct user research and usability testing, synthesize feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience and engagement. You will help define design standards, contribute to a scalable design system, and ensure consistency across web and dashboard experiences. You will also support front-end implementation by providing detailed specifications and collaborating with developers to maintain design quality in production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
