Senior Product Designer
Sweep is hiring a Senior Product Designer tasked to make Sweep an outstanding experience for our users, and a real driver of change for our planet.
The role is based in Paris / Montpellier / London (hybrid) or remote in France or Europe
About Sweep
Climate change is the challenge of our time. By empowering companies with technology that helps manage their climate impact, we believe Sweep can make a meaningful contribution to a better future for all of us.
Sweep builds software that lets businesses take control of their climate journey - from managing climate data to reducing emissions across teams and entire value chains.
Here your design work will point toward something better for the planet.
What You'll Do
You'll own the UX of Act, the module where our customers build and manage their climate transition plans: turning strategy into a concrete set of actions, and coordinating the people who need to carry them out.
Act is powerful, but it's also genuinely complex. Our design team's core mission is making that complexity legible: helping customers operate a sophisticated system with confidence, not just get through it. That's the standard this role is held to.
More specifically, your mission will involve:
- Own the end-to-end design of Act, from the big architectural calls down to the smallest interaction.
- Simplify a complex product area without stripping out what makes it powerful.
- Design data visualization that makes dense, high-stakes information easy to read and act on.
- Help shape the longer-term vision and strategy for Act, not just execute on a backlog.
You'll work closely with your PM and engineers day to day, and with domain experts, customers, and the rest of the design team along the way. Depending on how things evolve, you may also contribute to other scopes, but Act is the core of the role.
You'll join a team of 5 designers, reporting to Jessica, Design Director.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
A few things about how we work:
- High autonomy. You'll be trusted to scope your own process and make it fit the problem in front of you.
- Room to innovate. We want people who bring new ideas and push back on how things are done, not just execute a spec.
- AI-forward. We expect you to keep learning and experimenting with AI as it evolves, both in how you work and in what you design for our users.
- Impact-driven. Every design decision here ties back to a real business outcome.
- Highly collaborative. Autonomy doesn't mean working alone. We build in the open, critique each other's work, and design in a way that scales across the team.
It's also a genuine ownership opportunity: Act needs someone who can bring clarity and direction, and you'd have real room to define what that looks like.
About AI at Sweep
At Sweep, artificial intelligence is part of how we work, learn, and build. Every team member uses AI tools daily to speed up operations, improve decision making, and unlock creativity. We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one, but we do expect curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and the desire to use AI as a true partner in your work.
Whether it's analyzing information, drafting content, improving workflows, designing better employee experiences, or supporting distributed teams, you’ll use AI to work faster and smarter. We provide guidance, tools, and best practices so you can get the most out of it.
We’re looking for candidates who already have hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting. You should be comfortable using AI to support your daily work, enhance productivity, and create new solutions. If you naturally reach for AI to amplify what you do, you’ll feel right at home here.
Qualifications 🏆
- At least 5 years of experience designing for SaaS products, ideally in B2B.
- A track record of simplifying complex, powerful systems, not just making things look clean, but making them genuinely easier to operate with confidence.
- Experience designing collaborative or multi-stakeholder workflows.
- A real track record of using AI tools in your own design process, research, prototyping, synthesis, or production.
- Experience designing AI-powered features for end users.
- You can explain how your design decisions tie back to user outcomes and business goals, not just to good UX.
- A systems mindset: you notice patterns, and find opportunities to bring more consistency and predictability to a complex product.
- You move fast and ship. You adapt how much process a decision needs to what's actually at stake, and you still design in a way the rest of the team can build on.
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
