Senior Product Designer | £80K-85K | Hybrid (3x per week in the central London office)

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a fast-growing product team and take ownership of design quality across a growing suite of products.

You'll lead on design system strategy, translate ambiguous requirements into elegant solutions, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Compliance to ship user-centred experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Own and evolve the design system, setting the standard for consistency across the product suite
  • Lead design iteration using data, analytics and user insights
  • Run user research, usability testing and feedback loops
  • Own UX metrics: drop-off, conversion, satisfaction, tying them to product goals
  • QA production builds and work closely with developers
  • Lead critique sessions and mentor other designers
  • Shape product requirements upstream, not just execute on them

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
