What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with engineering, product, and regional teams across the organization to solve complex UI/UX challenges for global audiences.
- Distilling highly intricate issues into clean, focused, and intuitive interface solutions.
- Rapidly context-switching between concurrent projects, driving clarity in ambiguous environments without a fixed roadmap.
- Rapidly prototyping, presenting concepts, and taking active part in rigorous, collaborative group critique.
- Influencing product direction and presenting high-fidelity concepts directly to senior executives and partner teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer / Interaction Designer working across mobile, web, or OS platforms.
- A portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, interaction design patterns, typography, and clear design thinking.
- Fluency in English plus a second language (particularly Arabic, Turkish, European, or Latin American languages).
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with changing priorities.
- Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, interactive prototyping tools).
