You will lead end-to-end product design for a platform supporting new parents. This role involves crafting intuitive member experiences, managing content flows, and conducting hands-on UX research. What You Will Do
- Own the entire design lifecycle, from initial UX research and discovery to high-fidelity prototyping and interaction design.
- Collaborate with experts to transform complex parenting advice into seamless digital journeys, member experiences, and subscription flows.
- Conduct qualitative research with parents to validate concepts, iterate on designs, and ensure the product meets real-world needs.
The ideal candidate
- Brings over 6 years of experience designing complex SaaS or consumer digital products with a portfolio showing high-impact workflows.
- Possesses strong hands-on UX research skills and the ability to articulate design tradeoffs based on user needs and business goals.
- Demonstrates proficiency in building design systems and a talent for creating cohesive, scalable interaction patterns across multiple platforms.
