All Gravy

All Gravy is the AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail. 🥞

We're modernising how frontline teams work, replacing scattered tools and outdated systems with a single app that's actually built for the way people work & socialise today. Our AI Colleague gives staff instant answers & executes day-to-day tasks, freeing up managers to focus on people & customers instead of paperwork. We work with some of the most exciting brands in hospitality and retail, including Gail's, L'Osteria, Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims, Ottolenghi, Q8 and 7-Eleven. Today over 2,000 restaurants and stores trust us to run their teams.

We've grown 10x in two years and are accelerating into new markets. Our team spans a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds, united by one mission: to create better work lives for the 80% of the world that do not sit behind a desk. If you want to work in an AI-first environment, help redefine how work is done, and be part of a team that's changing an entire industry, we'd love to have you on board.

🤩 About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Product Designer to join our product team who will play a key part in shaping the future of our product.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process—from initial discovery and ideation to high-fidelity execution. We anchor every project in deep customer insights, transforming complex hypotheses into elegant solutions. Partnering closely with other designers, product managers and engineers, as well as sales and CS, you will bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation to deliver meaningful impact.

We love working on big visions and beautifully crafted experiences, while sometimes it’s the small features and improvements that our customers love the most. Your strength lies in turning complex problems into intuitive, powerful interfaces, especially as we design new patterns for working with AI. As a research-led team, we value rapid prototyping and iterative learning; we move fast, ship early, and prioritise progress over perfection to ensure we are always solving real problems for real people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🎯 What You Will Do

The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skill set, moving comfortably between the big concept and the last details.

  • Rapid prototyping and insight-driven iteration: You will collaborate directly with customers to validate hypotheses and refine designs based on real-world feedback. By conducting user interviews and observations, you ensure that every iteration is rooted in real user needs.
  • Hold high product standards while staying pragmatic: You bring real taste and hold the product to a standard you'd be proud to put our name on. We're designing for two audiences at once: the HR admin and Operation leads who buy All Gravy, and the frontline employees who open the app between shifts. The second group didn't choose us and won't read a manual – they judge us against Whatsapp and Instagram, which is the standard we hold ourselves to.
  • Simplifying the complex: You excel at transforming complicated processes - such as onboarding, scheduling and compliance - into intuitive, effortless user experiences.
  • Defining new AI paradigms: We are building the future of human-AI collaboration. You will design novel interaction patterns, ensuring AI is applied where it adds the most value to the user’s workflow. We always start with a customer need, not the technology itself.
  • Design with systems in mind: You think beyond individual screens and consider how patterns, components and interactions scale across the product. You know when to reuse, when to extend, and when a new pattern is needed.
  • Ownership and collaborative leadership: You have a bias towards ownership and outcomes. You engage and interact with our developers, and value their contributions to the design process. You'll be part of a small team of Product Designers where you lift each other's work through collaboration and feedback.

As All Gravy scales, your role and responsibilities will evolve, and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow.

🙌 You'll thrive here if you

We're looking for people with great energy, a good sense of humour, and a drive for getting things over the line. You think elegantly but act pragmatically, love being part of a team, and never stop learning.
