Who we are

Born in 2014, Yoti is a digital identity and biometric technology company that makes it safer for people to prove who they are. The Yoti app was designed with privacy at its core, giving people a secure way to prove their identity and share third-party credentials with organisations and other people.

Today, we have over twenty million app downloads around the world. We’ve expanded our offering to a suite of business solutions that span identity verification, age verification and estimation, e-signing, AI anti-spoofing technologies and we continue to think of innovative new offerings.

From day one, we’ve been working to fix an outdated identity system. This is not a journey we make on our own but with policy advisors, think tanks, researchers, academics, humanitarian bodies, our users and everyday people. We are committed to solving identity problems through grassroots research and social purpose initiatives.

Purpose of the Role

Yoti is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join us and contribute to our mission to make the internet safer and help people protect their data.

The Yoti hub is at the heart of our product suite, where business setup, manage and monitor one or many of our identity services. It is integral to our success, and we’re investing in making it easier for customers to self-serve when setting up and managing our solutions at scale. Working closely with product management, engineering, and UX research, you will be responsible for the full design lifecycle from inception to delivery.

We’re looking for a seasoned senior with previous experience in business dashboards, self-service, business onboarding or other complex products.

Role Dimensions

Part of the product design team, reporting to the Head of Product Design. Working closely with product management, engineering lead and existing mid-weight designers, you will be responsible for the full design lifecycle for large or complex product areas.

As a senior member of the team, you will also actively contribute to the design culture of the team and inspire less experienced team members with your expertise and knowledge.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the user experience design for one of Yoti’s products or teams, ensuring all design deliverables meet high standards and satisfy business and user needs.
  • Influencing product strategy by bringing a user-centred design perspective to roadmap planning and feature prioritisation.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to plan and deliver design work from discovery and research to developer handover and QA support.
  • Contributing actively to design planning meetings, ensuring you fully understand tickets, requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Aligning design work with business objectives, collaborating with product managers, designers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers to create and deliver effective solutions.
  • Using both qualitative research and quantitative data — such as user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing — to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Contributing to the evolution of Yoti’s design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
  • Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards and reflect ethical design practices, with particular attention to privacy, trust, and inclusivity.
  • Presenting design concepts and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Giving constructive feedback and informal mentoring to less experienced designers.
  • Partnering with the integrations team and product managers to support large clients with feedback on the UX of their integrations.
  • Advocating for human-centred and inclusive design principles within your product team and across Yoti while balancing these with commercial goals.
  • Collaborating with lead designers and heads of design to help position Yoti’s design team as an industry leader.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
