About Momentum
Momentum is not a place for narrow specialists. We are a true product design group: our designers move fluidly across the entire process—from hands-on research and insight gathering, to framing experience strategies, leading client workshops, crafting UX/UI systems, and embedding AI-driven thinking into product and service ecosystems.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape outcomes at the intersection of business analysis, service design, and digital product experience. This requires craft, confidence, and the ability to guide both teams and clients through complexity.
We are a global company, with clients and team members distributed across time zones, so flexibility in how and when you collaborate is essential for our integrated approach to succeed. This position can be hybrid or remote, but candidates must be available during working hours aligned with our London office (GMT/BST time zone). Full-time work from the London office is also an option. We welcome both full-time employees and contractors, and qualified international candidates within reasonable time zones are encouraged to apply.
Please provide a link to your portfolio in your resume or in your work experiences, including the password if applicable. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
About Us
Momentum helps global brands, fast-moving startups, and category leaders solve high-impact business challenges through product and service design.

We are collaborators first—partnering with clients in workshops, research, and prototyping to uncover opportunities, reduce risk, and drive innovation. Each engagement is unique, but all are grounded in the same belief: design should create clarity, confidence, and transformation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
