About Qevlar AI
Qevlar is a B2B SaaS scale-up on a mission to boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams with Artificial Intelligence. We build an AI platform that transitions Security Operations Centers from reactive to proactive units through autonomous security alert investigations.
In just three years, we have:
- Raised a total of $44m in series-A & seed rounds from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
- Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense
- Grown to 1,500+ clients across the US and EMEA
- Ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR, and we're targeting $25M by the end of 2027
We're opening two new product areas: detection engineering (how a security team understands and improves its detection base) and exposure management.
You'll own design for both from day one, working directly with our VP Product, a new PM and squad, and a design team with an established design system to build on.
What you will actually do
- Own design for detections and exposure, from discovery to shipped product, alongside the PM and engineers. Your first project: the first version of detection base analysis, which shows coverage, noise and gaps in a customer's detections.
- Spend time with expert users (detection engineers, SOC analysts, SOC managers and MSSPs) and turn how they work into workflows that fit rather than add to it.
- Design for trust in AI: show Qevlar's reasoning and evidence, let users check and correct it, and help a team move from reviewing a recommendation to acting on it.
- Make dense data clear: coverage and prioritisation views, relationships between detections, alerts and assets, for analysts and security leaders alike.
- Prototype in code with AI tools and contribute to the design system, so ideas reach users and engineers in days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of product design, with a meaningful part on complex, data-heavy B2B products (security, observability, analytics, developer tools or similar).
- A portfolio that shows your process (research, trade-offs and measured outcomes), not only finished screens.
- Experience designing for expert users who make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong information architecture, data visualisation and UI craft, with design system contributions.
- An AI-native, code-literate way of working: you prototype in code with AI tools and are comfortable opening a PR against a component library, while Figma stays core.
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up, comfort with ambiguity, and a pragmatic approach to shipping.
- Based in the UK or France.
Nice to have
- Security product design (detection, SIEM, XDR or vulnerability management); understanding of SOC workflows; designing for trust in AI or ML systems; graph or relationship visualisations; MSSP or multi-tenant products; French.
What to expect
- The domain is deep and takes time to learn, AI keeps moving the ground, and our design system is evolving while you build on it.
- In return, you get a blank canvas on the area the business has named its top priority and a short path from idea to customer.

- A company culture that values autonomy and creativity
- Opportunity for equity and early ownership
- We’re flexible on location, France or the UK.
If you’re excited about helping security teams adopt cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s build the future of cybersecurity together!
