Shape the digital products that help construction professionals discover, specify and source products more effectively.

About Hubexo

Hubexo provides data, insights and software that help the construction market make better decisions and work more efficiently. We support customers across the sector, including contractors, consultants, specifiers and construction product manufacturers, through solutions including project intelligence, specification software, product information and eTendering.

About the role

As Senior Product Designer, you will shape the end-to-end user experience of our Design Platform products, including Lattira Spec and Lattira Source.

You will lead complex design work from discovery and research through to validated designs and delivery. Working with Product Management, Engineering, QA and the AI Platform team, you will turn customer problems and business priorities into accessible, consistent and commercially effective product experiences.

Your impact will be seen in clearer product workflows, stronger design consistency and experiences that help construction professionals complete important tasks more easily. You will use research, evidence and customer feedback to guide design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the design of complex workflows across Lattira Spec and Lattira Source, taking work from early ideas through to shipped features.
  • Get close to users through research, usability testing and stakeholder conversations, then turn what you learn into practical design decisions.
  • Create and test wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs before they move into development.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape features that are useful, technically viable and commercially sound.
  • Take responsibility for selected parts of our shared design system, helping create consistent experiences across products and markets.
  • Use analytics, support tickets and customer feedback to spot usability problems and tackle design debt.
  • Explain your thinking clearly, whether you are speaking with designers, engineers, non-design colleagues or senior leaders.
  • Support other designers through mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing, while helping improve the team’s design craft and processes.
  • Contribute to design strategy, roadmap priorities and ways of working alongside the Head of Design and Product Managers.
  • Keep exploring how product-design practices and tools, including AI-assisted tools, could improve the way we work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
