Hey! Thanks for taking the time to read through one of our open roles. We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and we hope this could be a match made in heaven.

Who is Peppy?

Our mission is to make expert-led healthcare simple, human and stigma-free. Because everyone deserves support that is life changing.

We are a B2B digital healthcare app that gives employees unlimited, confidential access to expert clinicians who understand the health moments that shape everyday life – women’s health, men’s health, fertility, pregnancy & parenthood and menopause.

We are a Series B company with $45m in funding to date, operationally cashflow positive, and with secure access to additional capital for accelerated growth. Join us for the ride of your life.

What will a day in the life of our Senior Product Designer look like?

You will own design at Peppy - owning the end-to-end experience across all our verticals: Menopause, Fertility, Pregnancy & Parenthood, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, and Neurodiversity & Healthy Minds.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own design end to end - from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes and final UI - working closely with our Head of Product and a team of engineers to take work from early idea to launch.
  • Plan and run your own user research and usability testing (interviews, moderated sessions, prototype testing) and use what you learn to shape and validate design decisions.
  • Design for clear user experience and business outcomes - you’ll define what great looks like and set the design standard.
  • Evolve our design system from where it is today.
  • Design for trust, privacy and accessibility as a default.

We're a small team that punches well above its weight, and we're looking for someone who’s driven and excited by this level of ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our dream Senior Product Designer will have:

  • A strong track record designing for Android and iOS and experience thriving in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Experience operating in a high-autonomy startup environment - you’re comfortable setting direction, owning the outcome and knowing when to decide independently and when to seek a second opinion.
  • Strong UX thinking - You design for the whole user journey and think in service design, solving problems and making choices that scale as the product evolves.
  • Sharp prioritisation and judgement - You prioritise well under competing demands and apply the right level of craft for the problem in front of you.
  • Experience planning and running user research and usability testing.
  • A data-led approach - You design with evidence and for evidence, backing decisions with research, data and competitive analysis, and designing so outcomes can be measured.
  • Experience in a HealthTech, or a highly regulated environment.

You may not check all of these boxes, and that’s fine! We strongly encourage excited candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
