At Beyond Sports, we don’t just visualize sports, we reinvent how fans experience them. Together with partners like NFL, NHL, FIFA, and Disney, we push the boundaries of real-time sports data, 3D graphics, and AI-driven storytelling across web and native mobile platforms.

If you're an experienced Senior Product Designer with an exceptional visual craft, deep UX strategy expertise, and a desire to lead impactful product initiatives within a fast-moving design and engineering team, this is the perfect next step in your career.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how some of the most followed clubs and organizations in world sport engage and inspire millions of fans.

Working alongside Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional delivery squads, you'll take end-to-end ownership of UI and UX solutions for major client initiatives across web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).

  • Architecting complex user journeys and wireframing new live match data features
  • Setting component-driven design system standards in Figma
  • Presenting design rationales to client stakeholders
  • Mentoring midweight designers within your squad

You'll serve as a key design lead within delivery teams, driving creative quality, technical feasibility, and seamless developer handoff. Your Background

You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial product design experience (agency, high-growth tech, or digital sports media)
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating complex end-to-end product design, scalable systems, and polished UI/UX for iOS, Android, and responsive web
  • Advanced mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, tokenized component libraries, and design system governance
  • Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and responsive design frameworks
  • Proven experience working directly with engineering squads to guide successful design handoff and QA implementation
  • Methodical approach to work management with high attention to detail and quality control
  • Comfortable leading design initiatives and collaborating in an English-speaking environment

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Deep domain knowledge of world sports, live match platforms, sports betting, or real-time data visualization
  • Experience designing for rich media platforms, 3D/interactive graphics, or streaming interfaces
  • Familiarity with design tokens, CSS/component frameworks, or native mobile HIG and Material Design guidelines
