The Company

Pulse Group are partnering exclusively with one of the UK's most recognised media organisations to find a Senior Product Designer with a strong Research & Insights specialism to join their growing Product Design team.

Working across digital products used by millions of people every day, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves getting under the skin of user behaviour and turning genuine insight into better product experiences.

The Role

This is a genuinely hybrid position sitting across Product Design and UX Research.

  • You'll take a leading role in how the Product team understands its users, conducting research from early discovery through to concept validation and optimisation, while remaining hands-on with Product Design in Figma.
  • A particularly important part of the role will be owning and evolving Maze across the Product team, establishing best practices, reusable studies and research frameworks as the business continues to build its research capability in-house.
  • You'll then turn those insights into action, designing user journeys, concepts, wireframes and prototypes, and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers through to delivery and experimentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
