Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of next-generation products within our Web3 ecosystem, including a metaverse gaming platform, tokenized real estate platform, and decentralized exchange (DEX). You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, defining user experiences, and delivering high-quality, scalable design solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery across multiple Web3 products
- Define and evolve design systems, UX patterns, and interaction models
- Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design with business goals
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Drive design strategy and vision across the ecosystem
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX), preferably in complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped products
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Ability to simplify complex technical systems (Web3, fintech, gaming, or data-heavy platforms)
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Have
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, or crypto products
- Familiarity with wallets, smart contracts, or tokenized systems
- Background in gaming, fintech, or marketplace platforms
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS)
