We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented advocate for the user who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of sports betting, interaction design, systems thinking, and a collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

You'll be part of a rapidly growing team, reporting to the Product Design Director, and will work collaboratively with our multi-talented team.
- Create interaction patterns, user flows, wireframes, and accessible, high-fidelity cross-platform designs.
- Rapidly build prototypes to communicate ideas, gather feedback, and validate solutions.
- Articulate the tradeoffs and opportunities in design decisions, suggesting multiple paths forward.
- Partner with product & engineering to communicate designs and rationale effectively.

- Refine designs using data, feedback, usability insights, and experimentation results.
- Conduct usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Actively using AI as part of your design process, from ideation through delivery, to work efficiently and more creatively.
- Contribute ideas on how AI can enhance both player experiences and internal design workflows.
- Experience using tools such as Codex and/or Claude Code to enhance and drive ideation through AI tooling.
- Promote user-centered and responsible gaming design best practices.
- Apply domain knowledge to influence design decisions, elevate quality, and anticipate user expectations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
