Spotify’s Subscriptions Mission brings together teams working across the subscriber experience, including awareness and acquisition, activation, retention and conversion, commerce and customer service, and our free and paid products.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive experiences that make a meaningful difference for Spotify users. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Design to understand complex problems, explore new possibilities, and create experiences that deliver value for our users and our business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead design across key parts of the subscriptions experience, from early exploration through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Design to understand user needs, frame problems, and shape product direction.
  • Turn complex user and business needs into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Use research, data, experimentation, and design judgment to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Explore different approaches, build prototypes, and use feedback to develop ideas into high-quality experiences.
  • Help shape longer-term product and design direction while delivering against priorities today.
  • Share your thinking clearly, build alignment, and bring partners along throughout the design process.
  • Strengthen the work around you by sharing knowledge, offering thoughtful feedback, and contributing to Spotify’s wider design community.

Who You Are

  • You have experience designing and shipping digital products or services that solve meaningful user problems.
  • You can lead complex design work and collaborate effectively with partners across disciplines.
  • You’re comfortable working across the product design process, from defining problems and exploring concepts to prototyping, delivery, and iteration.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative insights alongside design judgment to make informed decisions.
  • You communicate the thinking behind your work clearly and know how to build alignment with partners and stakeholders.
  • You care about craft and the details of an experience while keeping broader user and business outcomes in view.
  • You’re curious about emerging tools and technologies, including AI and generative design, and explore practical ways to use them in your workflow.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, making thoughtful trade-offs, and adapting as you learn.
  • You seek out different perspectives and help create an inclusive, collaborative environment where people can do their best work.

Where You'll Be

This role is based in Stockholm or London. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
