Senior Product Designer – International Expansion | Contract
Contract: 3 months (potential to extend or become permanent)
Rate: Up to £500/day
Location: London / Hybrid
IR35: TBC
We're working with a fast-growing digital health business looking for a Senior Product Designer to support a major international expansion.
You'll be taking an established acquisition experience and adapting it for a new market. This goes well beyond localisation - you'll need to understand where customer journeys, market requirements and regulatory constraints differ, and translate those into a simple, effective product experience.

What we're looking for
- Strong senior-level, end-to-end Product Design experience.
- Significant experience designing acquisition, onboarding and conversion journeys.
- Experience launching or adapting digital products for new markets/geographies.
- Excellent UX, interaction and visual design craft.
- Strong product and commercial thinking, with evidence of measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity and collaborating with distributed Product teams.
- Experience within healthtech, regulated products or consumer subscription businesses is highly desirable.

A strong portfolio is essential and should demonstrate:
- Complex product problems you've personally owned end to end.
- Strong UX, interaction and visual design craft.
- Clear commercial or product impact, including metrics where possible.
- How you've contributed to or evolved design systems.
- How you're using AI within your design process.
- Clear communication of the problem, your decisions and the outcomes — not just polished screens.
