Senior Product Designer – Scaling PropTech
💰 Up to £95,000 + benefits

We’re partnered with a leading UK PropTech business that is a well-known consumer brand, and they are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their growing product team.
The business operates a large-scale marketplace which reaches over millions of customers and alongside their core marketplace, they are now investing in new AI-driven experiences which are designed to help customers make better property decisions whilst also creating greater value for their commercial partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team where you’ll own the experience of a commercial marketplace which includes the platforms, tools and workflows. This area of the business is continuing to grow, and this will be a hands-on role with genuine scope to influence both what gets built and how it gets built.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the design within your team from problem framing through the delivery and optimisation whilst taking responsibility for outcomes rather than just outputs
- Turn customer behaviour and insights into clear opportunities to prioritise work based on impact, effort and business value
- Design across a complex marketplace, from professional workflows to consumer-facing and advertising experiences
- Define clear success metrics and measurable outcomes
- Use data, research and behavioural insight to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- Identify new opportunities for business value whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals

The team are looking for a Senior Product Designer with experience in either a B2B, SaaS or Marketplace environment where you have designed products end-to-end including experience designing complex, workflow-heavy interfaces which includes multi-step processes.
