Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Sitting in the Business Onboarding Verification team, you’ll shape the future of how we verify business customers globally. You’ll balance world-class customer experiences with regulatory standards.
You’ll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs, along with regulatory requirements and verification standards in different regions. So that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes engaging and effortless.
You will:
- Own design for your team, developing and shaping experiences.
- Work closely with your cross-functional partners to build a single, seamless experience for customers.
- Collaborate with regional teams, tooling teams, operations teams, and compliance to ensure simplicity and coherence across journeys.
- Collaborate with product design, product management, and engineering partners to plan, prioritize, and deliver work.
- Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad.
- Champion the Wise brand and its carefully considered implementation.
- Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

About you:
You’re an accomplished Senior Product Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products.
You have experience working within a regulated environment.
Hands-on experience delivering quality work in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment.
You enjoy systems thinking, and understanding how your work can scale globally.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
You’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment.

Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
You’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with.
Have a strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, including as part of your design process.
Heads up, this probably isn’t for you if
- Your experience is mostly in marketing, advertising, or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of product design or UX.
- You’re not comfortable navigating complexity and working in a fast-paced environment.
