About the Role
If you’ve been looking to join a fast-growing startup with a bold vision of a world where doing good is built into everything we do, then you’ve found the right place.
Backed by General Catalyst, the same investors behind Stripe and Airbnb, we’re building something truly extraordinary.
Our Mission
Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good 🌎.
As a fast growth, AI-native social impact startup, we power global change through technology. We enable companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams.
Global brands, including Google, OpenAI, TikTok, LinkedIn, HSBC, Atlassian and Twilio - as well as thousands of nonprofits, including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam - use Goodstack to make a difference.
In 2025 alone, we facilitated $5 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.
To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – we need you 🫵
Join Our Team
Join our Series A startup as a Senior Product Designer and help build the AI-powered operating system for nonprofits!
We’re looking for a brilliant, user-obsessed Product Designer to help nonprofits access more funding and spend less time on admin.
Your first focus will be Grant Finder: an AI-powered product helping nonprofits find relevant grants, understand their eligibility and move confidently towards applying. From there, you’ll help us build Goodstack’s wider operating system for nonprofits.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and AI to make complicated processes feel simple, intuitive and trustworthy. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves solving real problems and cares deeply about craft.
As Senior Product Designer, your mission will be to:
- Own the design of Grant Finder from discovery through to launch and iteration.
- Help shape Goodstack’s AI-powered operating system for nonprofits.
- Design AI experiences that feel intuitive, transparent, and useful.
- Speak with nonprofits, test ideas, and turn insights into better products.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI.
- Turn complex funding journeys and data into simple, polished experiences.
- Evolve our design system as the platform grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
