Focus of the Role
This role sits within BCN's Growth Team and is for a hands-on full stack developer focused on the delivery of BCN's product portfolio. You will design, build, and ship the products BCN takes to market, turning ideas and prototypes into robust, scalable, production-ready software that delivers real value to our clients.
Working closely with the Head of AI and Data Innovation, you will take ownership of features from concept through to deployment, continuous improvement and ongoing maintenance. We are looking for someone who cares about quality, ships at pace, and is excited to build modern, AI-enabled products on the Microsoft and Azure platform.
As our business and technology continue to evolve, this role will adapt to reflect new priorities and ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
