Fella & Jones Senior Product Developer Role
Fella & Jones are partnered with a luxury fashion brand in the search for a Senior Product Developer to join their London team. The brand is performing globally, and this is an exciting time to join as it continues to grow.
The role will suit someone with a strong luxury or premium womenswear background who can translate a design vision into beautifully executed, commercially viable product. You will oversee development from the range plan and first sketch through to prototypes and selling samples, working closely with Design, Technical teams and manufacturing partners.
Within the Role, You Will:
- Partner with Design and Technical teams through development and fittings, advising on construction, feasibility, fit, fabrics and trims.
- Manage the development of styles across the collection, ensuring samples meet quality, cost and critical path requirements.
- Oversee tech packs and fitting notes, communicating changes clearly to factories and internal teams.
- Coordinate sample room and pattern team workflows, supplier requests and development deadlines.
- Source and develop fabrics, trims and components, and manage material submissions, testing and approvals.
- Work closely with the factory base and Far East office to plan sampling, monitor progress and resolve development issues.
- Maintain the evolving range plan, flag risks early and support the handover to the Technical team.

We Are Looking For Someone With:
- At least six years’ experience in product development, ideally within luxury womenswear.
- Strong experience developing multi-product women’s soft separates, with a sound understanding of garment construction, fabrics, print and embellishment.
- Confidence working with senior designers, attending fittings and balancing creative intent with technical and commercial requirements.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong supplier communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Experience with fashion week collections, knitwear, denim or kidswear would be beneficial. Some travel may be required.
