Senior Product Development Manager
As a Senior Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and managing our global travel insurance product portfolio. You will drive consistency, simplicity, and strategic alignment across markets by developing and maintaining master products, leading product harmonization initiatives, and supporting portfolio optimization efforts.
You will also take ownership of global policy wording standards, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency across markets while meeting local regulatory requirements. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on product structures and policy wording interpretation, helping deliver customer-focused and commercially effective insurance solutions.
What You Do
Product Development & Portfolio Management
- Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of Master Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Define, develop, and maintain standard products across markets to support consistency and strategic alignment.
- Drive product simplification and harmonization initiatives across regions in line with the company's Simplicity framework.
- Monitor product portfolio effectiveness and contribute recommendations for optimization and future growth opportunities.
- Support strategic product initiatives and broader travel product topics as required.

Global Policy Wording & Governance
- Lead the development and maintenance of Global Policy Wordings, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs).
- Coordinate and oversee the localization process for global policy wording to ensure regional compliance and business relevance.
- Maintain policy wording standards and promote continuous simplification while monitoring and managing deviations.
- Serve as a trusted expert for policy wording interpretation, providing guidance and support to markets and internal stakeholders worldwide.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and regional teams to ensure products and policy wording remain compliant, competitive, and customer-centric.
- Leverage language capabilities to support localization activities and facilitate communication across international markets.
What You Bring
- 2+ years experience in Product, UW, Ops or similar function
- Deep understanding of insurance industry & regulatory environment
- Knowledge of Travel Product Portfolio
- Ability to Create, Interprete and communicate Insurance T&C
- International mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple regions, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- You work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
