The role

Go10 is looking for a multidisciplinary Senior Product & Digital Designer to help shape the digital products, ecommerce experiences and brands we build and operate.

This is first and foremost a digital product design role. Around 60-70% of your time will focus on UX/UI across applications, platforms and ecommerce experiences, with the remainder spanning ecommerce design, brand and wider creative work.

We're looking for someone whose strongest discipline is likely to be product, UX/UI or digital design, but who has broader visual-design capability and doesn't want to work within a narrowly defined specialism.

You'll work directly with product, engineering, ecommerce and commercial teams, taking problems from initial concept through UX, visual design, prototyping and implementation.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant ownership and influence over how our products look, feel and work.

What you'll work on

A major focus will be our growing Gateway platform and its suite of applications, portals and operational tools. These include complex workflows, dashboards, analytics, ecommerce and marketplace data, supplier and retailer experiences, AI-enabled functionality and internal business applications.

You'll also work across our portfolio of ecommerce businesses and consumer brands, designing customer journeys, Shopify experiences, campaigns and visual identities. That variety is a part of the role.

Product & UX/UI - approximately 60-70%

You'll:

  • Own UX/UI design across web applications and digital products.
  • Turn complex business requirements into intuitive user journeys and interfaces.
  • Design dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, configuration screens, navigation and operational tools.
  • Design data visualisations and reporting experiences that make complex information easy to understand.
  • Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand problems rather than simply designing from specifications.
  • Validate ideas through research, usability testing and rapid iteration where appropriate.
  • Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Consider accessibility as part of the design process rather than as a final check.
  • Work closely with engineers throughout implementation and review the finished experience.
  • Help establish consistent product-design practices across Go10.

Design systems

You'll take an active role in evolving our design system rather than simply consuming an existing component library.

You'll:

  • Create and maintain reusable components, patterns, variables and design tokens in Figma.
  • Establish consistent interaction and visual patterns across applications.
  • Work with engineering to align Figma components with reusable production components.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify products by standardising common interactions.
  • Balance consistency with the needs of individual applications and audiences.
  • The objective is a coherent Go10 product language that can scale as the platform grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Ecommerce - approximately 20-25%

You'll work with our ecommerce team and brands to:

  • Design and improve Shopify storefronts.
  • Improve product, collection, navigation and search experiences.
  • Design landing pages and campaign experiences.
  • Analyse customer journeys and identify UX opportunities.
  • Use behavioural and commercial data to inform design decisions.
  • Support conversion-rate optimisation and experimentation.
  • Design experiences across acquisition, consideration, purchase and post-purchase journeys.
  • Ensure ecommerce experiences balance brand, usability and commercial performance.
  • We're particularly interested in designers who understand that attractive ecommerce design and effective ecommerce design aren't necessarily the same thing.

Brand & creative - approximately 10-15%

You'll also have opportunities to work creatively outside traditional product design.

This could include:

  • Developing and evolving brand identities.
  • Creating visual systems and brand guidelines.
  • Developing campaign concepts and digital creative.
  • Establishing art direction for new digital brands and experiences.
  • Designing key commercial and presentation materials.
  • Helping maintain visual consistency across a portfolio of distinct brands.
  • This isn't a production-artwork position. We're looking for someone capable of developing the idea and visual direction, not simply resizing assets.

AI and modern design workflows

We're actively building AI into our products and how we work.

We want a designer who is interested in using AI as part of the design process, whether that's exploring concepts, rapidly prototyping ideas, synthesising research, generating variations or finding faster ways to test a hypothesis.

You'll also help us answer a newer class of design questions around how people interact with AI agents, recommendations, automation and dynamically generated interfaces.

You don't need to arrive as an AI specialist. You should be curious about what these tools make possible.

What we're looking for

Your portfolio matters considerably more to us than a particular degree or previous job title.

You'll ideally demonstrate strong capability across several of the following:

  • Product & UX/UI design - user journeys, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping
  • Figma & design systems - components, patterns and scalable UI systems
  • Complex digital products - SaaS, B2B applications, dashboards and data visualisation
  • Responsive & accessible design - across desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Ecommerce design - Shopify, customer journeys and conversion-focused experiences
  • Brand & visual design - identity, typography, layout and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Research & validation - user research, usability testing and iterative improvement
  • Engineering collaboration - experience working directly with developers from concept through implementation

How you'll work

Sometimes you'll receive a well-defined requirement. Other times the starting point might be a business problem, an existing process, a rough idea from a stakeholder or something users are clearly struggling with.

We want someone who can ask questions, understand the underlying problem, challenge assumptions and help determine what should actually be built. You should be comfortable discussing a complicated workflow with an engineer in the morning and developing the visual direction for an ecommerce brand in the afternoon.

You don't need to write production code, but you should understand how modern digital products are constructed. Familiarity with component-based applications, responsive layouts, reusable UI components and the relationship between design systems and production software will make collaboration considerably easier.

What success looks like

  • Established a recognisable and consistent design language across our digital products.
  • Improved the usability and visual quality of Gateway and its applications.
  • Developed a scalable design system alongside engineering.
  • Made complex workflows and data significantly easier for users to understand.
  • Improved key ecommerce experiences across our portfolio.
  • Introduced stronger research, prototyping and validation into our product process.
  • Helped teams move from an idea to a tested interface considerably faster.
  • Raised the overall standard of digital design across Go10.

Why Go10

Go10 is developing its own technology platform while operating ecommerce businesses, working with major retailers and developing consumer brands.

That creates an unusually broad design environment. You'll have the opportunity to influence complex business software, AI-enabled products, ecommerce experiences and brands, while working directly with the people building and operating them.
