Job Description
As a Senior Product Engineer at Ankar AI, you will own the end-to-end execution of mission-critical AI tools. You’ll design, build, and maintain scalable systems across the full stack, translating ambiguous R&D challenges into dependable software. Working directly with users, you’ll define product specs and ship features that redefine how global enterprises manage innovation.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable, reliable product experiences across the frontend and backend to solve complex R&D and IP workflow problems.
- Ship features rapidly in a high-autonomy environment, iterating based on direct feedback from Fortune 500 customers and global law firms.
- Partner with product and design teams to bridge technical feasibility with user needs, ensuring software is impactful and production-ready.
The ideal candidate
- 5-12 years of professional engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade software in fast-paced environments.
- Strong startup experience, preferably as an early employee or founding engineer, with a builder's mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Exceptional product sense and technical versatility, capable of owning features end-to-end across the stack while maintaining a high bar for quality.
