What You Will Do

  • Design and implement scalable, reliable product experiences across the frontend and backend to solve complex R&D and IP workflow problems.
  • Ship features rapidly in a high-autonomy environment, iterating based on direct feedback from Fortune 500 customers and global law firms.
  • Partner with product and design teams to bridge technical feasibility with user needs, ensuring software is impactful and production-ready.

The ideal candidate

  • 5-12 years of professional engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade software in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong startup experience, preferably as an early employee or founding engineer, with a builder's mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Exceptional product sense and technical versatility, capable of owning features end-to-end across the stack while maintaining a high bar for quality.
