The Role
This is a genuinely hands-on full-stack product engineering role, with significant ownership from initial idea through to production. Prior experience of integrating directly with customers is a MUST.
You’ll work closely with clients / customers to understand problems, design solutions and ship high-quality software.
- Build customer-facing applications with React & TypeScript
- Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js
- Work with PostgreSQL and AWS
- Build AI-powered features using LLMs and modern AI tooling
- Design and implement scalable product functionality
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to production
- Work closely with product, engineering and customers
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices
- Use modern AI development tools to improve how software is built and shipped

What We’re Looking For
- Very strong React, TypeScript and Node.js experience
- Solid backend/API development experience
- Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
- Proven experience in a high growth environment - Start / Scale-Up
- Strong product mindset and experience working directly with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

💰 Salary: Up to £125,000 + Equity + Benefits
