The Role

This is a genuinely hands-on full-stack product engineering role, with significant ownership from initial idea through to production. Prior experience of integrating directly with customers is a MUST.

You’ll work closely with clients / customers to understand problems, design solutions and ship high-quality software.

  • Build customer-facing applications with React & TypeScript
  • Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js
  • Work with PostgreSQL and AWS
  • Build AI-powered features using LLMs and modern AI tooling
  • Design and implement scalable product functionality
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through to production
  • Work closely with product, engineering and customers
  • Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices
  • Use modern AI development tools to improve how software is built and shipped

What We’re Looking For

  • Very strong React, TypeScript and Node.js experience
  • Solid backend/API development experience
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
  • Proven experience in a high growth environment - Start / Scale-Up
  • Strong product mindset and experience working directly with customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
