Senior Product Engineer – Up to 120k - Fully Remote

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join a lean, senior team where AI is fundamental to how they build software.

You'll work across the stack, taking features from idea to production and using AI extensively to write, test, debug, review and improve code. You'll work closely with Product and other teams, with real ownership and a visible impact on the product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're looking for

  • Strong software engineering experience with a full-stack/generalist mindset.
  • Extensive hands-on use of AI coding tools in your day-to-day workflow.
  • A product mindset — focused on solving customer problems, not just completing tickets.
  • Comfortable working across different parts of the stack and learning new technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality and maintainability.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Tech stack is secondary — we're more interested in how you think, build and use AI effectively.
