Senior Product Engineer

£115,000 to £140,000 + Equity
Liverpool St., London

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-funded early-stage AI business as one of the first senior engineering hires. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a greenfield AI product, owning technical decisions, influencing the roadmap, and helping build an enterprise-grade platform used by leading organisations.

THE COMPANY

They are an AI startup developing advanced behavioural intelligence technology for enterprise customers. Their platform helps organisations better understand customer behaviours, preferences, and decision-making patterns to improve communications, customer engagement, and product experiences.

Having secured significant early-stage funding, they are now working with major enterprise clients and are focused on scaling their product from proof of concept into wider commercial deployment. With a small, highly experienced team, they offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will take ownership of product development alongside senior leadership, helping transform innovative AI capabilities into a scalable commercial platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
