Build What's Next
We're working with an ambitious technology business that's creating the next generation of AI-powered enterprise products. Rather than maintaining existing platforms, you'll join a newly formed innovation team focused on building entirely new products from the ground up. Working in a small, high-performing engineering squad, you'll help transform ideas into production-ready software using modern engineering practices, AI-assisted development, and cloud-native technologies.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building greenfield applications, and working at the intersection of AI, product development, and enterprise software.
The Role
As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for taking product ideas from initial concept through to proof of concept, MVP, and production. Working across the full stack, you'll design and build modern web applications, collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers to create exceptional user experiences, and integrate complex enterprise systems. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Designers, and AI Engineers to deliver intelligent products that solve real customer problems.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll influence architecture, shape technical direction, and use AI to accelerate software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and build greenfield products from concept through to production.
- Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and MVPs to validate new product ideas.
- Build intuitive, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Partner closely with UX/UI Designers to translate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes into polished, user-centric applications.
- Contribute to product discovery, user experience discussions, and interface improvements.
- Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design secure integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
- Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Implement authentication and identity solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect, and modern security standards.
- Work directly with customers during pilot implementations and technical discovery sessions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve engineering quality.
- Produce technical designs, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Champion engineering best practices, testing, code quality, and continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
