Join Onetrace Ltd as a Senior Product Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features for the construction sector. You’ll work across the full stack—from intuitive UIs to scalable backend services—shaping the technical architecture of a platform trusted by industry giants like the NHS and Berkeley Group to ensure building safety.

What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex features across TypeScript, Node.js, and both SQL/NoSQL databases to solve real-world subcontractor pain points.
- Collaborate directly with customers and the product team to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures and high-performance APIs.
- Mentor and coach other engineers while championing technical excellence through rigorous code reviews, observability practices, and modern CI/CD workflows.

The ideal candidate
- Extensive experience building full-stack applications with Node.js and TypeScript, demonstrating a strong ownership of features from concept through to deployment.
- Proficient in managing complex data flows using MongoDB and SQL databases, with a keen eye for query optimization and scalable system design.
- Strong product mindset with a desire to talk to users, understand their challenges, and apply technical creativity to build impactful B2B SaaS solutions.
