Senior Product Engineer - Up to £150,000 base + equity | Central London | AI-Native Startup

Do you want genuine ownership over what gets built, not just how you build it?

Are you already using AI as part of how you engineer software?

If so, keep reading.

Here’s the problem.

Audit and certification is a huge industry, but much of the work is still incredibly manual.

Auditors spend days gathering information, reviewing documents, writing notes and turning all of that into something usable.

This company is changing that.

They’ve built their own AI-powered technology to automate large parts of the process and are now using it themselves to deliver certification faster and more efficiently.

The ambition is significant: take audits that can traditionally take around 20 days and reduce them towards 7.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
