Senior or Staff Full Stack Product Engineer
About the Role
My client is looking for a Senior or Staff Full Stack Product Engineer who loves building products from the ground up and taking ideas from concept to production. If you enjoy solving real user problems, shipping quickly, and working across the full stack, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
You'll join a highly collaborative team where engineering has a genuine voice in product decisions and where you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Building user-facing features end-to-end, including AI-powered workflows and real-time collaboration
- Prototyping new ideas and taking products from 0→1
- Designing scalable, high-performance applications
- Optimising speed, reliability and user experience
- Working directly with customers to understand problems and validate solutions
- Collaborating closely with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Shipping quickly, learning from feedback and continuously iterating

Requirements
- Strong experience building modern full stack applications
- A product-first mindset—you enjoy building, experimenting and solving customer problems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with lots of ownership and autonomy
- Experience taking products from idea through MVP to production
- Someone who enjoys shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback
- Entrepreneurial mindset (startup experience, side projects or founding experience is highly valued)
- Interest in AI and experience building or integrating AI-powered products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
