Senior Product Engineer | £80-100k + Equity | Series A SaaS | London

We’re working with a high-growth Series A SaaS company that’s building a genuinely exciting product for modern organisations.

They’re taking complex internal processes and making them simpler, smarter and easier to manage, combining great product design with powerful integrations and a highly scalable technical platform.

Having recently reached Series A, they’re at a really exciting stage of growth. The engineering team is still small enough for you to have a real impact on the product and technical direction, but with the backing and momentum to build something at scale.

🚀 The Role

This is a hands-on Senior Product Engineer role for someone who enjoys having ownership across the stack and being close to the product.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Have a genuine voice in how the engineering team and product evolve

What They’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Full Stack / Product Engineer
  • Strong React and JavaScript/TypeScript experience
  • Node.js experience is ideal, but they’re open to engineers from other backend language backgrounds who are happy to work with Node
  • Experience working in a SaaS, startup or other fast-paced product environment
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong product mindset and an interest in working closely with Product and Design
  • Someone who wants to make a tangible impact rather than simply picking up tickets
