The work

  • Drive the technical future of our platform, contributing across infrastructure and frontend systems.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and analytics to define and build new features that solve critical user needs.
  • Develop internal tools that scale our ability to support more people efficiently.
  • Integrate and optimize the latest generative AI models to empower frontline workers.
  • Deeply explore LLM capabilities, identifying and implementing system-wide optimizations.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience across the full stack: infrastructure, backend, and frontend development in complex systems.
  • A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, driving features from ideation to launch.
  • An entrepreneurial, 'get-things-done' attitude, focused on pragmatic solutions.
  • Eligible to work remotely from the UK or EU.
