You'll join a lean, high-autonomy product engineering team, taking full ownership from concept to deployment. The work
- Drive the technical future of our platform, contributing across infrastructure and frontend systems.
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and analytics to define and build new features that solve critical user needs.
- Develop internal tools that scale our ability to support more people efficiently.
- Integrate and optimize the latest generative AI models to empower frontline workers.
- Deeply explore LLM capabilities, identifying and implementing system-wide optimizations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience across the full stack: infrastructure, backend, and frontend development in complex systems.
- A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, driving features from ideation to launch.
- An entrepreneurial, 'get-things-done' attitude, focused on pragmatic solutions.
- Eligible to work remotely from the UK or EU.
