The role

This company is rebuilding property investment for landlords, end-to-end. Think company formation, accounting, mortgages, and property management, all integrated into one platform. They treat AI as a first-class citizen in engineering, not just in what they ship, but how code gets written and systems are reasoned about. They're backed by leading investors and manage significant assets for tens of thousands of users.

You'll join a cross-functional product team in London. This isn't just about implementing specs; you'll shape the problems solved, not just how they're built. Expect real ownership, moving ideas from concept to deployment. You'll use AI tools as genuine leverage, helping define what an AI-native engineering practice looks like as the team scales. This role is for a builder who thrives on ambiguity, not just a ticket-taker.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
