About the Role
Our client is a prestigious luxury travel business specializing in tailor-made journeys for discerning travelers. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Product Executive to join their expanding team and play a central role in shaping an exceptional portfolio of destinations, hotels, and experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional with strong European destination knowledge, excellent supplier relationships, and a genuine passion for luxury travel.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Executive, you will:
- Research and develop new hotels, suppliers, and experiences, identifying opportunities across the portfolio.
- Ensure product content, pricing, and sales tools are accurate and up to date.
- Negotiate rates and added-value benefits with hotels, DMCs, guides, and other suppliers.
- Support contracting activity and monitor supplier performance.
- Provide product training and support to the travel team, assisting with complex itinerary and pricing queries.
- Work alongside the operations team to identify process improvements and support new systems.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience gained within a product role working for a luxury travel business.
- Strong knowledge of at least one key European destination, such as Italy, France, the UK, or Ireland.
- Passion for creating exceptional tailor-made travel experiences.

Additional Information
Regular overseas travel across Europe will be required for supplier visits, contracting, training, and familiarisation trips.
