Working closely with the Regional Product Manager, you’ll support the development of a compelling product range, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery for both clients and sales teams. From maintaining accurate, engaging content to delivering training and support, you’ll help bring our destinations to life and drive outstanding performance.

Role Highlights
- Support Product Development: Work closely with suppliers to build a high-quality, differentiated product range, while staying up to date with competitor offerings and industry trends
- Identify Opportunities & Gaps: Collaborate with sales teams to track performance, spot gaps, and strengthen the overall product offering across markets
- Build Strong Supplier Partnerships: Support the development of key supplier relationships, assist with tenders and contracts, and contribute to regular performance reviews and trade engagement
- Champion Quality & Compliance: Ensure all product meets Audley’s high standards, including Health & Safety and ESG requirements
- Drive Service Excellence: Act on feedback from clients, suppliers, and sales teams to maintain accurate, high-quality product information and continuously improve the customer experience
- Support Sales Success: Provide proactive product guidance, manage helpdesk queries, and deliver engaging training sessions to empower sales teams
- Coordinate Learning & Experiences: Organise training initiatives and familiarisation trips, ensuring valuable insights are shared across the business
- Maintain Product Content: Keep product, systems, and web content up to date, ensuring accuracy across all platforms and supporting marketing and PR activity

It Would be Great If
- You have travel industry experience, with knowledge of Northern Europe region
- You’re a confident, collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships and values different perspectives
- You take a practical, thoughtful approach to improving product, with a focus on commercial success and customer experience
- You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- You bring strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and a positive, enthusiastic mindset
- You stay up to date with industry trends and are passionate about continuous learning

- 📍 This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London office
- 💰 Salary range £33,000 to £38,000
