Job Title
I am working with an exciting business that is going through a significant period of transformation and is looking to appoint a Senior Product Owner to help shape how its core customer and operational platforms evolve.
The role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a bespoke digital portal, with responsibility for setting direction, defining priorities and ensuring that business needs are translated into practical, deliverable technology solutions.
Ideally you will have progressed from a Business Analysis background into Product Ownership, but still be comfortable getting into the detail. You will work across senior leadership, delivery and technical teams, helping to turn complex operational challenges into clear requirements, priorities and an achievable product roadmap.
You will take a leading role across the full change lifecycle, from early discovery and process analysis through to delivery, testing and implementation. You will also help bring structure to the product backlog, challenge priorities, support key design decisions and make sure the D365 platform and digital portal develop in a joined-up way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
