Description
Here at Valpak, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering remote working, with the expectation of attending our Stratford-upon-Avon office approximately once per quarter.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3 (Product Owners and a Business Analyst)
- Create and drive product vision, roadmap, and goals and translate into product features and planned work
- Scope the product solution and define user journey, user stories, and process flows
- Define and develop the product strategy and roadmap to drive targeted business outcomes in alignment with corporate strategies
- Ensure Delivery through participation and/or lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and oversee the development stages
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive product development
- Collaborate closely with global business development teams and other stakeholders and act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product
- Own relationships with key customers; understand the industry and product-related landscapes, be the voice of the customer and feedback user inputs
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 6+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex products
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams & a passion for developing and guiding others
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Focus on the customer; celebrates the success of others in the business
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Effective working in a team environment and independently
- Bachelor, Master or MBA in technology or business
- Background in Circular Economy, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Reporting or similar fields (desirable)
