Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team in a role where empathy, vision, and cross-functional collaboration are critical to success.

You are an experienced product manager who deeply understands customer needs, drives innovation and value, and excels in leading large-scale stakeholder engagement. In this position, you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales to build and deliver products that shape our industry.

The ideal candidate must have professional ownership, a growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate global teams to deliver impactful results. You will push our six-to eighteen-month roadmap, balancing strategic vision with agility while balancing North American and European time zones (including Hungary-based operations).

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Innovator

  • Identify, define, and articulate customers’ unmet needs to drive innovation that improves how our clients execute their jobs.
  • Translate deep customer empathy and business strategy into roadmaps and tangible product roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze feedback, market trends, competitive data, and usage metrics to shape feature development and priorities.

Roadmapping & Strategy

  • Own a balanced 6-18 month roadmap aligned with Diligent’s strategic platform vision, ensuring agility meets long-term goals.
  • Prioritize product backlog with rigorous analysis, define success criteria, and make objectively weighed trade-off decisions.
  • Guide engineering and UX design teams toward customer-focused design choices.

Launch & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead product launch/release processes in collaboration with product marketing, influencing positioning, messaging, and collateral for market success.
  • Own customer and stakeholder engagement for major product issues, addressing escalations holistically.
  • Develop value propositions for senior leadership (executives, PR, marketing) to internalize and deliver at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
