So if you're someone who thinks big, moves fast and wants to make an impact right from day one, then get ready to join our industry-changing team.

Your mission

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, direction and outcomes for Swap and other products. You will identify opportunities, prioritise investments and deliver continuous improvements that create measurable customer and business value.

You will combine product management expertise with practical knowledge of DeFi and Swap. Working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams, you will translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities, requirements and outcomes while respecting Engineering’s ownership of technical architecture and implementation. You will use Cursor AI, Dune and other relevant tools to accelerate research, analyse data and support evidence-based decisions.

Success will be measured through achievement of product strategy and roadmap objectives, the growth and health of key product KPIs, the quality and pace of product optimisation, effective stakeholder alignment and the delivery of measurable customer and business value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Swap and other products, translating company goals, customer needs and market opportunities into prioritised initiatives and measurable outcomes
  • Define differentiated DeFi value, balance short-term optimisation with long-term development and make investment decisions based on customer value, business impact, feasibility and risk
  • Apply your knowledge of DeFi markets, liquidity, routing, pricing, execution quality and blockchain transactions to address the needs of traders, liquidity providers, market makers, developers and other users
  • Track protocols, competitors, user expectations and blockchain developments to identify opportunities and manage security, market, protocol and operational risks
  • Use AI tools, including Cursor AI, for market intelligence, competitor analysis, customer research, discovery and performance analysis, building repeatable workflows that combine evidence, data and expert judgement
  • Turn insights into prioritised optimisation proposals with clear hypotheses, success measures and expected outcomes, validating AI-generated information against accuracy, security, privacy, confidentiality and governance standards
  • Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation and market validation
  • Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog with Product Owners and Engineering, defining requirements, acceptance criteria and outcomes while managing dependencies, delivery risks and continuous optimisation cycles
  • Use Dune and other analytics tools to monitor on-chain activity, product KPIs, customer behaviour and business performance
  • Work across Engineering, Design, Product, Data, Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Executive stakeholders to understand technical trade-offs, communicate priorities and risks, align competing needs and make timely, accountable decisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
