About renew

renew is a nature data and intelligence company on a mission to drive large-scale nature recovery. We combine cutting-edge technology with scientific expertise to help businesses monitor the state of nature in their operations and supply chains, and create measurable value through improved environmental outcomes.

What sets us apart is our team and our scientific depth. We were founded by a successful entrepreneur and CEO with two previous exits, and extensive experience working with our target clients. We are backed by a family office with a multi-generational focus on nature tech, and a strong network in the space. We built our core solution from internationally recognized, decades-long, in-field scientific experience. Around this, we have assembled a team that combines product development and engineering expertise from Big Tech and innovative start-ups, and proven commercial experience from blue chip companies.

We work with companies that have significant impacts or dependencies on the natural environment helping them improve business outcomes by better managing nature-related risks and unlocking new opportunities. Our clients span the food and agriculture, timber and forestry, consumer goods, infrastructure and other sectors.

We have developed a suite of nature technology products, including our flagship nature data platform, a mobile application for data capture, AI-enabled annotation and validation tools, and data-science led analytic solutions designed to create a market-leading nature intelligence offering.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives in start-up environments: someone comfortable with autonomy, adaptable to change, and motivated to help shape a fast-growing sustainability business from the ground up.

About the role

As a Senior PM in renew you will lead every stage of product development, from ideation through feature release. Leveraging your product vision, analytical skills, UX/UI instincts, and strong communication abilities, you will own the requirements and development of multiple products and features that impact both our customers and our internal team of scientists, ultimately driving positive outcomes for nature.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
