About us

We are an AI healthcare company dedicated to revolutionizing early interception and treatment of lung disease, starting with the deadliest: lung cancer. We support clinicians in making life-saving treatment decisions on behalf of their patients. To do this, we have developed the world’s first FDA-cleared product for AI-powered diagnostic support for lung cancer, and we are working to expand our platform to drive optimal decisions across the patient journey.

About the role

You will drive the future of Optellum’s pioneering platform, the first FDA-cleared solution for AI-powered lung cancer diagnosis, to ensure it is used to enable optimal care for every patient in every clinic and will lead expanding Optellum’s platform beyond early diagnosis into precision oncology AI decision support across the care pathway.

  • Own the product vision and high-level roadmap for Optellum's platform across diagnosis and precision therapy, working directly with the Chief Product Officer.
  • Identify and prioritize unmet needs across the lung cancer patient journey, from early detection and diagnosis through to therapy guidance.
  • Improve in-market products using customer feedback, market insights, and key collaborations.
  • Design the end-to-end clinical workflow for each product or combination of products.
  • Select and coordinate work with light-house clinical reference sites and KOLs, guide market testing or piloting of prioritized concepts, and help scale what works.
  • Partner with sales and marketing on customer conversations, new product launches, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Support regulatory submission, working with RA, the CPO, and the CTO to draft and submit new products to obtain clearances in the US, Europe/UK, and the rest of the world.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure key accounts succeed and support the Product Owner in prioritizing the feature backlog, release planning, and maintenance.
  • Create alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access, and leadership on priorities, progress, risks, and product decisions.
  • Analyze and prioritize expansion into other disease states based on unmet needs and market opportunity, in line with commercial and partnering opportunities.
  • Lead and prioritize geographic market expansion, selecting which markets to enter and how, and leading early accounts to routine use of our products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
