Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Suvera Ltd, you will own a new product end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead discovery to uncover user needs, partner with engineering and design to align technical architecture with user-centric solutions, and use data-driven insights to drive the roadmap for 300,000+ patients.

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end product discovery through user research and stakeholder interviews to translate findings into clear, actionable requirements.
- Utilize Mixpanel and Omni to surface quantitative insights that inform roadmap decisions and defend prioritization with evidence.
- Act as the primary interface between engineering and design, navigating technical architecture and system design trade-offs to deliver quality features.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2–5 years of startup product management experience, successfully prioritizing for engineering teams of 5-10 people.
- Demonstrates genuine technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and discuss complex system architecture with engineers.
- Brings a scrappy, independent mindset to ambiguous environments, with a strong curiosity for care advisors, patients, and NHS workflows.
