The Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own WealthComply’s product: customers, requirements, roadmap, calls, outcomes. Not to take tickets, but to write the ones our engineers and AI coding agents build from, decide what ships in what order, and answer for whether it was right. You report to Jack, our Group Chief Product Officer. David and Jack have run this product day to day and are deliberately designing themselves out of it. The ownership is real.

WealthComply is one of a small group of sister companies that work closely together: WealthComply for FATCA and CRS, MinuteMaster for board minutes and governance automation, and a new venture that is in stealth and raising. You start on WealthComply. If you are as good as we hope, you will lead product across more than one.

The Problem

Somewhere right now, a compliance manager at a trust company is staring at a spreadsheet of a few hundred entities, working out which are reportable, under which regime, to which authority, and what happens if she gets one wrong. She is very good at her job. Her tools are not. WealthComply fixes that.

About WealthComply

WealthComply is the FATCA and CRS compliance platform for trust companies, fund administrators, and private banks across the Crown Dependencies, the Caribbean, and Mauritius. Our aim is for it to be the platform the offshore trust and fund world runs its reporting on, owned day to day by the person we hire, inside a small group of companies building software for private wealth and governance. At the end of this process we will have hired a highly intelligent, self-driven problem solver who gets the vision and is in it for more than a nine-to-five.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You Will Be Judged on Four Outcomes

  • Time to a new customer’s first successful reporting cycle.
  • Adoption and retention.
  • A correctness incident count of zero.
  • The product running without a founder in the room.

Everything below serves those four.

What You Will Do

  • Write, most days. Research and write requirements that engineers and AI coding agents build from without a refinement meeting. This is the bulk of the job, done right first time and at pace.
  • Become the product’s authority on FATCA and CRS from the primary sources. We have the documents and a mature functional specification; nobody will hand you the answers.
  • Run the daily standup, rule on technical trade-offs, own release readiness, and be accountable for the quality of what reaches clients.
  • Turn customer, prospect, and sales signals into roadmap calls.
  • Build with AI in both senses: specify and judge the AI inside the product, and in how you work, adopt our existing AI operating models and develop your own.
  • Wear many hats. We are a small team and we muck in wherever we are needed, without being asked. Expect to support client onboarding, run demos, oversee support issues, create content, manage releases, build tooling, and more.

This is Not for You If

  • You want a team around you. On this product you are the product team: the analyst, the designer, the delivery manager, and the QA audit, with engineers and AI coding agents building from what you write.
  • You want to manage rather than do. For the foreseeable future this is hands-on.
  • You would rather win the argument than get the answer right.
  • You will not read the OECD Commentary. The answers are in the source documents.
  • You want a guaranteed bonus. Ours pays on outcomes, all or nothing per outcome.
  • You think compliance is dull, or you are looking to coast, or to burn out proving something.

Who You Are

  • You have shipped B2B software as a product manager, ideally somewhere small enough that you did everything.
  • You come from regulatory compliance, tax, financial services, or another domain where being wrong has consequences, or you can show us you learn one fast.
  • Your written requirements are your calling card. Engineers have built what you wrote without a list of questions back.
  • You are technically fluent: you read code, script your own tooling, and prototype or ship small fixes with AI-assisted development, knowing when the output is wrong and why.
  • You go to the source document, not the summary, and you distrust confident assertions until you have checked them.
  • You own outcomes, not tickets. When something breaks at five o’clock on a reporting deadline, you do not ask whose job it is.

What We Offer

  • Equity in WealthComply, granted as growth units so you share in the value created after you join: worth roughly five to ten times your base if we hit our plan, and nothing if we do not.
  • An outcomes bonus tied to results rather than hours.
  • Remote, with one offsite a year.
  • The AI tool stack paid for.
  • Rest as a design constraint: after the annual reporting crunch we slow down on purpose.
  • A path to leading product across the group.

How We Hire

Three weeks end to end and a sixty-day review against the outcomes we agree together once you start. We say that now because we mean it both ways: you should know early if it is not working, and so should we.
