About the Role

MWI Animal Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our UK team and help shape the future of our digital product portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with ownership across key MWI products.

Working at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and technology delivery, you will lead product discovery, define user-centric solutions, and partner closely with engineering to bring new capabilities and enhancements to market. You will play an important role in shaping product direction, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring that our products deliver value to veterinary customers and the wider business.

This is a remote-based role in the UK with travel typically required at least once per month, including quarterly team meetings, practice visits, trade shows, and other business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as product lead across core products and integrations within the MWI portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows in practice
  • Lead product discovery to create user-centric solutions and define product experience
  • Translate customer and market insight into clear product requirements, epics, and backlog priorities
  • Work closely with software engineering teams and an Engineering Lead to deliver future development, product enhancements, and technical remediation
  • Manage the product backlog to ensure a consistent flow of well-defined requirements into engineering squads
  • Define and maintain clear standards for readiness and completion across the product pipeline
  • Build business cases aligned to business goals, with clear measures of success
  • Support delivery of minimum viable products with a clear go-to-market proposition
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, customer product consulting, data, technical support, commercial, and senior leadership teams
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology partners where required
  • Support launch readiness, product adoption, and customer advocacy
  • Track the performance of new capabilities and use insights to inform future decisions
  • Run product retrospectives, demos, and show-and-tells
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management ways of working
  • Conduct market scanning, research, and insight reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
