The Role
Referment is working with an AI software company building research tools for private-market investors and professional-services teams. This senior product role owns a core research workflow from customer discovery and MVP definition through release, adoption and iteration.
You’ll run a fast execution loop with engineering and design, speak frequently with users, and keep founders and customer-facing teams aligned through concise decisions. It is an individual-contributor role for someone who measures product work by useful software shipped and adopted, not by process volume.

- Own the roadmap and delivery of a core AI-enabled research workflow.
- Learn directly from investors, consultants and customer teams, then turn workflow problems into focused product bets.
- Partner with engineering and design on scope, technical trade-offs and release plans.
- Drive quality assurance, launch readiness, bug triage and post-release iteration.
- Demonstrate new features to customers and commercial teams.
- Use product analytics to understand adoption and decide what to improve next.
What We're Looking For
- Roughly five or more years in product, including clear ownership of a product built from discovery through launch and measurable impact.
- Experience shipping frequently in a startup or scaling technology business.
- Strong customer discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Technical fluency sufficient to reason about AI pipelines, database constraints and prototypes.
- A practical approach to MVP scope, trade-offs and team unblocking.
