Senior Product Manager - Ford Credit

As a Senior Product Manager at Ford Credit, you will own core digital financing journeys and experiences across our European markets. Financing a vehicle can be complex, so you'll focus on gathering consensus on the way forward and aligning teams behind a clear strategy that makes the experience straightforward for the customer at every step.

Working across matrix teams in engineering, design, data, and operations, you'll turn tricky challenges into clear roadmaps. You'll rely on evidence over opinion, prioritise ruthlessly, keep work moving when delivery gets blocked, and balance customer needs with commercial goals.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the digital solutions that shape how customers buy, finance, and own vehicles across our European markets. Operating in a complex matrix environment, you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and operations colleagues to drive meaningful growth and experience improvements.

You’ll Be Expected To

  • Translate business strategy and customer insight into clearly framed product opportunities for your team
  • Lead end-to-end digital experiences spanning vehicle purchase, ownership, and end-of-contract renewals
  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap for your area to ensure continuous focus on high-impact outcomes
  • Partner across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality launches that elevate car financing for Ford Credit and the market
  • Continuously evaluate post-launch performance, using data to verify you’ve solved the intended customer problem and iterate accordingly
  • Align with senior product leadership across Ford Credit to ensure local execution powers the broader overarching vision
  • Navigating ambiguity – taking open-ended product challenges, shaping a clear vision, prioritising the right problems, and setting an achievable direction
  • Champion of the customer – integrating user journeys, data, and insight into decision-making to drive experience and engagement
  • Opportunity hunter – initiating discovery, building evidence, fighting constructively for resource, and showing the high initiative, ownership, and drive needed to unblock delivery and keep work moving
  • Grounded in evidence – using research and data to challenge assumptions, pivoting when facts demand it, and communicating difficult realities without spin
  • Team multiplier – building stronger, more capable teams through leadership, rather than solely relying on individual contribution
  • Clear communicator – articulating product vision, inspiring creative problem-solving, and building alignment across matrixed teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
